Splendid day it was! Okay, let’s rewind back to the start of the day shall we?

Spent my morning hastening everything. From getting ready to eating Hotcakes. And Now I declare, I can eat 3 hotcakes within 5 minutes. How proud I know. SMIRKS. :) Left for school and goodness, Unice got this Mint chocolate candy, which is really yummy. Anyway, spent like 3 hours killing all my brain cells and half of the time snapping like heaps of photos. How lovely.

THEN, we went Parkway to get shorts. And took a cab down to Geylang. Our cab driver was soooo hilarious and entertaining. He was like our Geylang tourguide. Okay, so this is what he did, as we past by all the different lorongs and streets, he will tell us which lorong has pretty ladies waiting, which street will have ladies parade when its dark and which lady from which countries. Boy! Unice and I just roar with laughter. AND and that’s not all! he will point to different ladies and tell us something amusing about her. Which is mad, considering the fact that he doesn’t even know them! In the end, he gave us his number! HAHAH!

OKAY, we then went to this Lorong 9 to have porridge. Poor poor frog. And seriously, we got an exceptionally skinny frog! Who’s so skinny its legs has no meat on them! OKAY, we then head back to some random bus stop and waited for the bus, for a good 20 minutes. The catch here is, NEVER EVER rely on those bus signs at some random bustop in Geylang. We have to walk back down to lorong 1 in order to board our bus. Which is absurd. OKAY, so we finally got onto the bus and went Ang mo kio. Board another bus to Night Safari.

AND we were more excited than this china tourist couple in the bus! So took numerous photos and OKAY, this is awfully disappointing. We didn’t get the tickets. That counter staff were like ‘It’s not worth it, we will be closing at 12 and its 10 now. Blah blah blah’ so okay, we went to get Bongo Burgers. And took more photos. And took bus back, and TADAA! Im home.

BUT we’ll be visiting those nocturnal animals like the week after next! CANT WAIT! :D
